In the Puglia region of southeastern Italy, on the coast of the majestic Adriatic Sea lies the capital city of Bari.

 

At a young age, Luigi discovered the fascinating world of the simple and seductive cooking of Italian dishes, made with ingredients that express the uniqueness of the quality that defines his culture.
